Nick Clegg and Control Orders

I see Nick Clegg is getting his pants in a twist about Control Orders, this was a Lib Dem manifesto pledge to scrap them, Clegg has now had to modify his language to say Control Orders will be changed.

Control Orders are essential, the authorities are certain the people being held under Control Orders have taken part in terrorist activities and are a danger to the public but they can’t be deported back to their own country because the Human Rights Act deems that they may be in danger if sent home!
