The bill to permit ‘same sex marriage’ with of course the help of the left-wing Liberals, Lib Dem’s and Labour is an ill thought through dogs dinner but how can you draft legislation sensibly when one member is of the lunatic far left and the other a traditional occupier of the centre-ground to right of centre?
‘Same Sex Marriage’ was not in any parties manifesto but is something the do-gooding jobs worth Lib Dem’s have been pushing for but why do the minorities always insist on raining on the parade of the majority?
The opponents of this ‘Same Sex Marriage’ legislation have quite wrongly been cast as almost evil, wishing to deprive couples of a loving relationship which is nonsense, everyone must have the opportunity and right to follow through on a loving relationship, whether that be same sex or a man and a women but…!
We must not ever forget though that Great Britain is a Christian country, marriage between a man and a women is enshrined into our religion, our law and our parliament, marriage means a union between a man and a women. Despite the efforts of the last Labour government and the Lib Dem’s to change this, we remain overwhelmingly a Christian country, even though the human rights and do-gooders seem to give preference to almost any other religion.
Within the Christian religion, both in Great Britain and the rest of the world, marriage is a union between a man and a woman not same sex couples, why do all minority groups insist on raining on the parade of the majority with total arrogance.
I repeat, no one wants to restrict the right of same sex couples to have a loving relationship which can be exactly the same as a marriage but call it something else instead of trampling all over the religion of this country, I am sure they could come up with a suitable name and everyone is happy, ‘same sex marriage’ is against most religions so marriage in a church will be more difficult but apart from that it will be the equal to a full marriage.
On top of this controversy same sex couples will still be able to have a Civil Partnership but their is no Civil Partnership for heterosexual couples, once again the rights of the vast majority are being trampled on by the minority but then that is what the Lib Dem’s are pushing for, minority rule!
