I am really pleased that David Davis has got the troops together to, at least it looks like, defeat the Court of Human Rights attempt to force us to give prisoners the vote, if he is successful that will really be a big victory for common sense!Apparently the major concern is that the Human Rights court will instruct our judges to pay out massive compensation claims to prisoners but then did I hear that correctly, the Court of Human Rights will instruct our judges to pay the compensation claims! I think in that case the British Members of Parliament should vote to bring in a change in the law to ensure we don’t pay one penny in compensation, the arrogance of this jump up court to think it can dictate to the UK.
Hopefully David Davis can muster enough support to force David Cameron to follow-up on pledge to ditch our membership of this nonentity Human Rights Court which so far has cost us over
