The Labour Party and the truth within politics, once again Ed Milliband has stated the blindingly obvious, he summoned all of his colossal intelligence to state that the coalition was just a partnership of convenience and not one of shared beliefs, well I ask myself, just how long has it taken him to work that one out?
So, this is the story Ed, pay attention and take note:
After the last General Election no party had an overall majority and because the last Labour administration had left the country bankrupt with a mountainous debt it was imperative for the sake of the country that we started work immediately putting things right. David Cameron put country before party and formed a coalition with the Lib Dem’s, the Lib Dem’s could have joined Labour in a coalition but it would have been a minority coalition with not enough support in parliament to carry the day, although the Lib Dem’s are to the left of the Labour party so are obviously not bedfellows of the Conservative party it was the right thing to do, the Lib Dem’s may feel uncomfortable but it has given them their first taste of power in modern times and they have won far more concessions from the Conservative party than their mandate deserves.
What has been shown is that the majority of the Lib Dem policies are no more than Left Wing Social Engineering and totally uncosted but then they never expected to be in a position to carry them out, they are now though holding up the progress of the country and David Cameron must start planning for a general election in 18 months/2 years time, I can’t see the coalition lasting much longer and he has to win a majority, of course if by chance he loses the AV vote David Cameron will be finished!
