It is almost as if David Cameron is forever searching for a reason to stay in the European Union and for the life of it he can’t find one, his latest is that if we came out of the European Union we would end up being governed by fax from Brussels like Norway which is total rubbish because we won’t allow negotiations to go down that route, will we Mr Cameron!
European Union is a project of the liberal elite Cameron is just part of the liberal intendencia who think they have a right to run this country, in spite of what the people think but he is being forced screaming, by the people, down the road of common sense and he does not like it.
David Camereon now says that if Britain pulls out of the European Union and just negotiates access to the single market we would then be governed by fax, just like Norway because apparently Norway still has to abide by fax dictates from Brussels but Mr Cameron they have negotiated a half way in situation which looks like the worst possible, we will actually get what we negotiate. The Prime Minister then went on to explain how his relationship with the European Union was a bit like Tantric Sex, that explains why we are still members of this discredited organisation!
Cameron just has to realize if he follows the mood of the British public the next election is in his grasp but I am not sure he has an antennae to pick up the public mood, he needs to tune in!
Damian Green has said that Britain’s idea that we can opt out of parts of the European Union whilst still retaining full membership of the single market is pie in the sky and he is 100% correct but he also goes on to say that if we withdraw from the EU we will lose 1,000’s of jobs because people will not invest here which is naive and an insult to the intelligence of the British people.
Damian Green is correct in saying we can’t opt out of parts of the European Union and still retain full influence over the single market, it just won’t happen and would be unfair on the remaining members, the single market will always be run for the benefit of members of the European Union.
We have been led down the garden path, what exactly is the single market, first think of the European Union as one country, because it is heading fast in that direction and the single market is the market within that country, just as Britain has a single market which trades freely between the differing regions. What we need is a trade agreement with the European Union just like we will have with America, China, India or anywhere else, to say, as Cameron says, that we will be governed by fax from Brussels is rubbish and like saying that if Germany sells to Britain it will have to implement British law in Germany, our leaders are trying to twist our thinking and frighten the British public.
The Prime Minister then went on to explain how his relationship with the European Union was a bit like Tantric Sex, that explains why we are still members of this discredited organisation!
Now then, back to Damian Green who says that companies will not invest in the UK if we leave the European Union, of course they will, we are already probably the biggest customer of Germany and France, they need us and outside the European Union we can be simply the most attractive place in the world to invest.
The single market is very important for Britain with over 50% of our exports heading to the European Union but 2001 to 2007 we clocked up a £438billion trade deficit with the European Union, that means that we bought £438billion more goods than we sold to the European Union so the UK single market is also very important to the European Union, in fact they will be desperate to negotiate a trade agreement with us and added to this we will be able to negotiate our own trade agreements with the rest of the world instead of the European Union negotiating them on our behalf!
The other argument put forward against leaving the European Union is that we will lose influence in the world, again it is scaremongering, if we stay in the European Union we will gradually lose influence because any influence will be the European Unions because Britain will just be a region of the European Union, if we leave the European Union our influence will increase.
But the time is fast approaching when we will have to decide either for full involvement with or departure from the European Union because my big worry is that even  if David Cameron was able to renegotiate parts of Britain’s relationship with the European Union, should the next leave us with a Labour government or worse still a Labour/Lib Dem coalition then we will get a move to change our relationship with the European Union back to full involvement and a move to Proportional Representation (PR) which would exclude the Conservatives from power for ever and if the Conservatives did win power it would still be in coalition because that is what PR does and democracy would be lost.
2001 to 2007 we clocked up a £438billion trade deficit with the European Union, that means that we bought £438billion more goods than we sold to the European Union so the UK single market is also very important to the European Union
Britain has to leave the European Union and return to its true roots as a global trading nation and for the sake of democracy remove all elements of PR from our system, PR can be dressed up to sound the ultimate democratic voting system but in actual fact the voter loses all influence, only the minority wins and you can’t vote for manifesto’s or policies because they are decided after the election behind closed doors!
Finally, Cameron goes into battle shortly to ensure the proposed banking union does not adversely effect Britain and that London remains the worlds most important banking centre, we must not join the banking union because that would be paramount to further integration into the European Union and we must ensure it has no influence over our banking centre. This is just one of several battles Cameron is fighting but he just has to realize if he follows the mood of the British public the next election is in his grasp but I am not sure he has an antennae to pick up the public mood, he needs to tune in!
